The course starts by Tower Bridge, taking in Canary Wharf, Wapping, Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, and Deptford before finishing next to the Cutty Sark ship in Greenwich.

Participants are asked to use public transport to reach the Start Area. There will be no parking available and some roads will be closed for the event.
The closest stations are Fenchurch Street and Tower Hill (District Line & Docklands Light Railway).
