Route information

This event based at Wilmslow Leisure Centre is perfect for all abilities. Beginner and novice triathletes are welcome, and more seasoned competitors can take on the Double Sprint Challenge to really test themselves.

Your race will start with a pool-based swim, followed by an undulating bike course and a mixed terrain run.

Swim Distance: 32 Lengths for the Double Sprint or 16 for the Sprint, Aquabike, Aquathlon

The swim is at the amazing Wilmslow Leisure Centre where you will swim 400m (16-lengths of the pool)(32 for Double Sprint) before transitioning to the bike.

Bike

Terrain: Road

Elevation: Gently undulating

The picturesque 24.2k cycle route is a mainly flat with a few climbs throughout to keep you on your toes. You will explore the Cheshire countryside through Ashley and Mobberley before arriving back at the Leisure centre.

Run

Terrain: Mixed

Elevation: Flat

The 6.3k run leaves from the leisure centre along a flat and mixed terrain route which will take you through east Wilmslow before a few climbs around the River Bollin.

Age Requirements

All entrants must be between 15 - 99.

Relay

When entering the relay participant 1 is the swimmer, participant 2 will be the cyclist, and participant 3 will be the runner. (1 person can do more than 1 option, EG Swim person can complete the run later).

British Triathlon Federation (BTF) Membership

This event is held under BTF rules where all participants are required to have BTF Membership for insurance purposes. Not to worry if you're not a member, you can add a one-day membership for £8 to your order at the checkout. If you are already a member, please be sure to bring your membership ID to registration.

Magic Word

If you want to be included in the same start wave as friends and running partners, make sure you put the same 'Magic Word' when prompted during the registration flow.
