Route information
We are delighted to announce the brand new Cheshire Spring Half Marathon, registration is now OPEN! Taking place on Sunday 15th March at the scenic Cheshire County Showground in Knutsford, this flat and fast race is the perfect way to start your spring running season.
The course follows a rural, road-closed route around Pickmere and Arley Green, offering smooth, flat terrain that’s ideal for setting a new personal best or confidently taking on your first half marathon. With a friendly race village atmosphere and plenty of support along the way, this event is a favourite for runners of all levels.

There will be free parking on site. Please arrive early as there may be queues on arrival. As with all major events, there may be delays on leaving the car park after the event.
Event day logistics
09:00 am - Half Marathon starts
12:00 pm - Race End
CUT-OFF
Please note there is a 3 hour cut off on this race due to road closures in place.
MINIMUM AGES
17 Years and above
BAGGAGE
We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.
TOILETS
There will be portable toilets in the event village and approximately half way on the course.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be water provided approximately every 5k on the course, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.
RESULTS
Results will be available here immediately after the race.
