Route information

Terrain: Mixed, Roads, Footpaths and Bridleways
This mixed-terrain run will take you through the heart of historic Chichester to the glorious countryside of the South Downs National Park. There are Half Marathon, seven-miler and relay race options perfect for all abilities. There are a mixture of open and closed roads so make sure to observe the rules of the road whilst running.
There will be plenty of water stations around the course for participants to use.
Relay
For the relay entry, all teams should be comprised of 3 runners. You will have to wear a vest or t-shirt of the same design or colour. The first runner will be bib 'A', the second will be 'B', and the final runner will be bib 'C'.
To qualify all entrants must run the full distance of the leg and at the finish you must hand your baton to the steward.
All relay teams must have a driver who will drop them at the following start points and onwards to the finish:
Leg One: 3.6 miles
Start: Chichester College
Change over point: Lower Road, East Lavant, PO18 0AG
Driver notes: Parking is available at Pook Lane or Sheepwash Lane
Leg Two: 3.8 miles Start: Lower Road, East Lavant, PO18 0AG Change over point: West Dean Field, West Dean, PO18 0QY Driver notes: Parking Available along Church Lane, West Dean, PO18 0FG
Leg Three: 5.9 miles Start: West Dean Field, West Dean, PO18 0QY Driver notes: This runner should arrive at Church Lane Around 9:40am - 10:15am Finish: Chichester College Car Park, Chichester

Age Requirements
  • Half Marathon : Entrants must be 17 years of age or older to participate
  • 7 Miler: Entrants must be 15 years of age or older to participate
Rules
  • You must not run in someone else's race number
  • Fill in medical information and emergency contact details on your race number
  • Attach your race number to the front of your vest/t-shirt
  • Bring your own safety pins
Facilities
Toilets will be available at the race village.
Results
Results will be available on the Everyone Active website once the race has finished.
Water stations
There will be water stations throughout the course for all participants to use.
