Route information
Participants will bike and run around the perimeter of the beautiful Dorney Lake.
There are fantastic scenes to take in at every turn on an easily navigatable tarmac surface.
There will be a transition area available on the course for the switch between Bikes and Running.

Get full directionsPARKING/TRAVEL
Free parking is available at Dorney Lake and will be signposted as you enter the venue. Please bear in mind there could be up to a 20-minute walk to registration depending upon which car park you find yourself in so we advise you to leave plenty of time for arrival.
Nearest Train stations: Slough and Windsor & Eton Riverside
Event day logistics
09:10 am - All races start

MINIMUM AGES
There are age requirements for the following races:
Standard Duathlon - 17 years old and above
Super Sprint & Sprint Duathlon - 15 years old and above
BAGGAGE
We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.
TOILETS
There will be portaloos available in the event village next to the boathouse. The toilets are a short distance from the transition area.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be a water station available on each lap of the 5k course (at around the 2.5km mark). There will also be a bottle of water waiting for you at the finish line. We recommend bringing your own water with you to stay hydrated in the lead up to the event and running with a hydration where possible.
RESULTS
Results will be available here immediately after the race.

Will there be a bag drop available at the Dorney Lake Duathlon?
