Join us on Saturday 25 July 2026 for Galloway’s Gallop. Choose between a 4 mile road race or a 3 mile fell run, both starting and finishing at the Malt and Shovel Inn in Warton Crag. All finishers receive a medal, with special mementos awarded to the first ten men and women to cross the line. Supporting the Northwest Air Ambulance and Lancaster Neonatal Department, this race offers a mix of trail and road running in a community‑friendly, relaxed summer event.

Make sure to arrive in plenty of time to get warmed up and to collect your race pack.

Race Packs

You must collect race packs from the race HQ on the day of the race, nothing will be posted out. Collection is from Garstang Community Academy . Please wear your number on the front of your shirt.

Club Runner Entry

Members of Lancaster Runner's Club will receive a discounted rate. If you pay the lower rate and are not a member of the club you will have to pay the additional balance at the registration on the day of the event.

Headphones

It is not recommended to use headphones when you run as you will need to be aware of what is around you and you must be able to take instructions from the marshals.
