SwimRun Short: 12.6k SwimRun: 23.9k

Taking place off-road and in open water, both SwimRun distances will take participants on an island-hopping-like adventure. Entrants must carry everything they'll need from start to finish, meaning you'll have your trainers and wetsuit for both the runs and swims. Taking place within the Lake District National Park at Lake Windermere, new and experienced athletes alike will love this event.

Brockhole on Windermere is a not-for-profit attraction run by the Lake District National Park Authority and will also offer improved access and increased parking capacity.

Arrival Time

Please arrive with plenty of time to prepare for your race.

Toilets & Changing Facilities

There will be toilets and changing facilities available from 7am.

Bag Drop

There will be a bag drop available at the event.

Short SwimRun

There are no cut-off times for the Short SwimRuns.

SwimRun

Entrants will have 4 hours to reach Brathay Hall. Anyone arriving after this time will be assessed by medics to determine if they can continue along the course.

There will be 3 feed stations along the route.
