Sprint triathlon, starting and finishing at Mold Leisure Centre. 450m swim in the leisure centre’s pool, followed by a 15 mile (24km) cycle through the Flintshire countryside. The run route is a 2 lap route through Mold

Event day logistics
Start Times
The first wave will commence at 7am, waves will be assigned and emailed to participants in the week prior to the race.
Minimum Entry Ages

Water Stations
Please bring your own supplies for the bike and run elements, these can be kept in the transition zone for easy access during the race.
Toilets
Toilets will be available in the Sports Centre for use throughout the event.
Changing Rooms/Showers
Facilities will be available in the Sports Centre.
Wheelchairs
This event is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the nature of the terrain.
Earphones/Headphones
The use of earphones/headphones is prohibited throughout this event.
