Route information
Come and run a chip timed 5k or 10k through the incredible grounds of the North Park in London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This course is not only flat and fast, but also inspiring. The RunThrough Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5k & 10k event is a great opportunity for a quick time and a fun morning out with a unique themed medal waiting for you at the finish!
Included is a themed medal, water and goodies! Each kilometre is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish. Come and enjoy the day with us; we hope to see you there!

BAGGAGE
There will be a bag drop located inside the Timber Lodge Cage, Room B.
TOILETS
There will be on-site toilets located at Timberlodge Cafe where the Event Village is located.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be water provided at the 2.5k point of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.
RESULTS
Results will be available here immediately after the race.

There will be an informal bag drop at the event, but please limit the number of belongings you bring with you.

There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race and some more at the finish line. There will also be bananas and flapjacks on the finish line too.
