PARKING/TRAVEL

There is limited onsite parking, which will be for event organisers and suppliers only. There is no on site parking for participants however there are a number of local car parks within a short distance. A full participant car parking plan will be provided and shared with participants within their Final Race Information communications.

Event day logistics

Half Marathon - 17 years and above

5k - 11 years and above

BAGGAGE

A bag drop off area will be made available for participants to drop their bags pre-race and collect post-race. Participants will be given a baggage tag as part of their race number. This will be attached to the bag and then stored numerically for ease of collection. Bags will only be repatriated to runners with the matching race number.

TOILETS

Portable toilets will be provided within Southgate Park and on the route at the three water stations.

REFRESHMENTS

Water stations will be located at the 3, 6.5 and 10.3 mile markers on the Half Marathon, and also at the finish. There is no requirement for water stations on the 5k or Family Run routes, except at the finish. At the finish line you will receive water along with your post race goodies and medal.

RESULTS

Results will be available here immediately after the race.

PICTURES

Epic Action Imagery has been appointed as the Official Race Photographers providing over 20,000 free high quality photographs to runners. Epic Action Imagery will aim to photograph all participants at the start, on the course, and at the finish. Post-event photos, with innovative new facial recognition technology will be available on the Run Gatwick website within just a few hours of the event.
