Terrain: Road Elevation: Flat
This picturesque flat 10k will be on fully closed roads, perfect for those looking for a PB. Come to soak up the fantastic scenery as you head out in the countryside. There will be a water station available at the half way mark.

Age Requirements
All entrants must be 15 and older to enter the event.
Water Stations
Water stations will be situated at the 5k mark.

Age Group Prizes (W35+ and M40+ in 5 year bands (a minimum of 5 runners in each age band are required to qualify for a prize with no upper limit!)

£100 for a new race/course record (men and women)
Team Prizes
- 1st Male Team – UKA Affiliated Clubs (position of first 3 male runners from club)
- 1st Female Team – UKA Affiliated Clubs (position of first 3 female runners from club)
Note: runners MUST be wearing a club vest to qualify for team prizes.
