Route information
Terrain: Mixed-terrain
Taking place within the grounds of the spectacular Sandringham Estate, this event treats runners to scenic 10k route around the Estate and the surrounding Norfolk countryside. The routes will pass directly in front of the magnificent Sandringham House and explore a variety of roads and trails nearby.
With mixed terrain courses, runners will head along closed roads, through woods and royal parkland. This event is perfect for runners of all abilities, with everyone being welcome to participate!
Expect plenty of spectators to cheer you on and a lively Event Village with lots of post-race facilities and food and drink options.

Entrants must be 11 and older to enter the 5k and 16 and older to enter the 10k.

There is a cut-off time of 2 hours for this event.
Race Packs
Race packs will be posted to runners before the event.
Toilets
There will be toilets available within the Event Village, on the course and also based at the main Visitor Centre at Sandringham Estate.
Bag Drop
There will be a bag drop within the Event Village.

There will be plenty of food and drinks partners, entertainment, a warm-up area, and medal engraving available at the event.

There will be massage therapists available for advice and pre-event tips, as well as a massage after your run.

Can I bring my buggy to run with at the Run Sandringham 10k & 5k?
No pets, wheelchairs, or prams will be allowed on race day.
Is there an age requirement to enter the Run Sandringham 10k & 5k?
Yes, entrants must be 16 and over on race day for the 10k, and 11 and over on race day to enter the 5k.
Can I wear headphones while I run in the Run Sandringham 10k & 5k?
Bone-conducting headphones are allowed in line with England Athletics rules, in-ear headphones are banned.
