Route information

Cruise round beautiful Caldecotte Lake in Milton Keynes, taking on a marathon or half marathon in this two-day event. Starting from the Premier Inn, runners will complete 7.5 laps of the lake for a marathon, or 3.5 laps for a half marathon. For those looking for an extra challenge, there will also be a 50k option on the Saturday!

The course is entirely traffic-free, so is perfect for those looking to take on a new distance for the first time. Enjoy the lakeside scenery and see if you can catch a glimpse of some of the area's wildlife!

The race start is located 150 yards off of the A5, and just 3 miles from the M1, making it easily accessible by car.

There is a large car park at the pub where the run starts, with plenty of free parking available.

By Public Transport

The nearest station is located at Bow Brickhill, a 20-minute walk away from the race start. Regular services run between Bow Brickhill and Bletchley and Bedford.
