Get ready to run through the streets of Stockport and kick off from one of the town’s most iconic sporting venues! The Stockport 10K on Sunday 19th July 2026 starts and finishes at Edgeley Park — home to Stockport County Football Club.
This closed-road race offers the perfect opportunity to set a new personal best on a fast, scenic route. Whether it’s your first ever 10K or your 50th, runners of all experience levels are welcome to take on this chip-timed challenge.
Expect a lively race atmosphere, a flat elevation profile, and views through Edgeley’s historic streets before returning to the roar of the stadium finish.

CUT-OFF TIME
Please note there is a 90min cut off on this race due to road closures in place.

BAGGAGE
We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.
TOILETS
There will be toilets available within the stadium concourse at the event village.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.
RESULTS
Results will be available here immediately after the race.
