Kick off your cycling year with the Cambridgeshire Sportive, the debut event in our Classic Series. We've meticulously designed this ride with every cyclist in mind - from the casual rider to the seasoned enthusiast - ensuring it's the perfect way to dust off the cobwebs and hit the open road.
Choose your challenge from three distinct, non-technical routes, each crafted to offer a fantastic, fun-filled day in the saddle. No need to worry about tricky terrain; this is pure, smooth cycling through the heart of Cambridgeshire.

A Thrilling Ride Through Three Counties

Your adventure begins at the iconic Huntingdon Racecourse. All routes immediately whisk you past the ancient beauty of Brampton Wood and around the stunning perimeter of Grafham Water.
Want a challenge? The Long Route is a captivating contradiction: it delivers a continuously undulating, rewarding ride with nearly 650m of vertical ascent - all without ever cresting 85m above sea level!
The journey itself is an exploration, taking you on an unforgettable loop through three counties: Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and, on the long route, a brief but brilliant dash into the East Midlands' Northamptonshire. Prepare to be treated to kilometre after kilometre of blissfully quiet country lanes, framed by a beautiful, ever-changing backdrop of lush forestry and pristine farmland.
After an exhilarating day of pedalling, your effort will be richly rewarded! Cross the finish line to claim your well-deserved finisher's medal and exclusive goodies from our partners.
This event is a hot ticket! Last year's Cambridgeshire Classic sold out fast, leaving many cyclists on the sidelines. Secure your spot now to guarantee your place on the starting line of this premier cycling season opener!
