Route information
This 50 mile ultra follows the untouched paths of The Epynt Way which surround The MOD Sennybridge Training Area. Be prepared for hills as participants climb over 8,000 feet over the course of the route. The EDDUM provides the ultimate experience of Welsh trail running, creating lifelong memories for participants.

Time Limits and Checkpoints
There are no time limits or cut off times, the event staff will support you to the finish line however long it takes you - just don't pitch up a tent ;-).
There are 5 checkpoints along the route. Perfect to stock up on fuel mid-race with snacks, drinks, power banks, encouragement and music. Let the event staff know your dietary requirements during signup.
