Route information
This 30 mile loop takes participants along 4 spectacular trails: the Sarn, Glyndwr's Way, Severn Way and Wye Walk. With a total ascent of 4,400 feet, this is quite the challenge.

Time Limits and Checkpoints
There are no time limits or cut off times, the event staff will support you to the finish line however long it takes you - just don't pitch up a tent ;-).
There are 3 checkpoints along the route. Perfect to stock up on fuel mid-race with snacks, drinks, power banks, encouragement and music. Let the event staff know your dietary requirements during signup.
