Route information

[⚠️ Suspicious Content] The Love Run

Currently for 2026 the event is only available virtually. This is because we are again looking to relocate our race location, so for now it is only available virtually.

How it works:

The Love Run is a virtual event that you can run / walk.

You can do it outside on tramac / trail or inside on a treadmill – there are unlimited options and the choice is yours;

You may already have a partner, family member, a best friend or running buddy who you want to do a joint run with. The friend can run with you or be on the other side of the world – it makes no difference with a Virtual Run.

The Medals:

You can choose from three entry types:

1. The full medal

2. Two half medals – one for yourself and one for your running partner.

3. A single half medal.

What distance do I / we need to run and when does it need to take place?

You choose the distance to suit yourself.

Ideally the 14th Feb, but we will accept any run taking place in the month of February.

Record your run through our Strava Club or other medium that you choose.

You can also join our facebook group and post results and photos on there.

Once we have confirmed your run information as correct your medal will be posted out.

Run for FREE! – Join our STRAVA Club – Every Mile Counts and enter the event for free! But only paid entries receive a medal.

Virtual Bib

Once you have entered the event, you will be emailed a virtual bib as a keepsake.

Confirming your run

Once you have completed your run, you will need to provide evidence to the event organiser in one of three ways:

You can email Ultra Running your run proof, minimum requirement is a photo of your Garmin or similar device
Join the Ultra Running Strava group (preferred option)
Upload direct to the Ultra Running Facebook page

There are three medal options. All of the medals are heart-shaped in the following forms:

The full medal – £19.95
Two half medals – £29.95
One-half medal – £17.95

How can I show the event organiser that I have completed The Love Run?
