All swim, bike and run courses are marked with signs and well marshalled.

Based on the distance you are completing you will be required to do a particular number of laps at each leg. You will swim the river, cycle the hilly open roads, and run the flat Thames path – with a mixture of grass, tarmac, and trail – taking in the views of Marlow and the surrounding areas.

Age Requirements

All participants in all distances must be aged 17 or older on the day of the event.

Race Packs

Your timing chip, bib number and bike/helmet stickers will be available for collection on the event day from 06:00am. These will be ready for you to collect from Registration Tent, which will be located between the river and transition.

Depending on the event discipline you are competing in, you will be supplied with the following:

timing chip (to be worn on your left ankle)
bib number
bike and helmet stickers
swim hat

Participants should not expect to receive anything by mail.

Transition area

Transition area opens at 06:00am. To enter transition, you must show your corresponding event number and bike sticker (which must be stuck to your seat post) to the event marshal.
