Route information
Over the course of this 30 mile ultra, you will ascend over 5,000 feet - a large chunk of which is up the Sugar Loaf mountain (standing at 1,955 feet). This is a single loop course starting and ending in Abergavenny. The terrain is mixed, including trail, grass, mud, rock/gravel so appropriate footwear is required.

Time Limits and Checkpoints
There are no time limits or cut off times, the event staff will support you to the finish line however long it takes you - just don't pitch up a tent ;-).
There are 3 checkpoints along the route. Perfect to stock up on fuel mid-race with snacks, drinks, power banks, encouragement and music. Let the event staff know your dietary requirements during signup.
