Be prepared for all terrains over the 30 mile ultra. This single loop course has 4,400 feet of elevation as you traverse The Rhymney Valley Ridgeway Walk with incredible views of the Caerphilly basin and the River Rhymney.

Time Limits and Checkpoints

There are no time limits or cut off times, the event staff will support you to the finish line however long it takes you - just don't pitch up a tent ;-).

There are 3 checkpoints along the route. Perfect to stock up on fuel mid-race with snacks, drinks, power banks, encouragement and music. Let the event staff know your dietary requirements during signup.
