Route information
The race is a 1 mile lap from Leas Foot Sands out and through the arch and back. If you're in the 2 and 3 mile options, there will be a short exit onto the beach before re-entering the water for lap 2/3. The children's races are held in the bay just of Leas Foot Sands.

Token for all swimmers (we are currently deciding what this is) - last year it was a custom enamel mug
Chip Timing (excluding Nippers and Youth)
1st, 2nd, 3rd for Adult Male and Female in 1,2 and 3 mile

Get full directionsYour entry includes free parking from 1.30am until evening. This is in the field opposite the golf club. If you travel to the Golf Club, watch out for our Marshalls and signage.
You can also pay on the gate £10 cash for parking if no one in your car is in the adult event.
Please be aware that children's entries do not include a parking space.

Registration is in the field opposite the golf club and is open from 1.30pm. You can park your car in the field and register, it is a short 200m walk to the beach.
