Route information
Each team has 3 athletes who must all complete the swim, bike and run in the relay. All three team members must complete each discipline in turn before the moving on to the next discipline.
The open water swim and run sections of the triathlon will take place in Box Park with the cycle heading out of the park on a loop of the surrounding area. Take in fantastic parkland scenery as you and your friends compete to be crowned the fastest Triathlon Team.
Relay Format
Teams consist of 3 athletes who will complete the swim, bike and run. All members must complete each discipline before moving on to the next one. The format will be as such 3x Swim, 3 x Bike, and 3x Run.

Competitors will receive more information about their wave times nearer the event.
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your wave time start in order to complete the registration process and rack your bike.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 15 years or older by the 31st December 2024 in order to enter the race.
Prizes
There will be prizes up for grabs for the top 3 male, male veteran (45+), female, female veteran (45+), mixed and mixed veteran teams (45+).

How many people are there in a team for the Bedford Triathlon Team Relays?
Each team will consist of three individuals. Each team member must complete all three disciplines.
Is the Bedford Triathlon Team Relays timed?
The event is timed using wrist mounted timing chips. All changeovers will happen in the transition area.
