About
The Hilbert Off-Road Triathlon is an off-road triathlon for all ages. New in 2023, we will be offering an adult triathlon in addition to our 3rd annual youth triathlon. This event is held at Camp Hilbert, a beautiful venue with a pool and trails located in Goochland, VA. The race consist of a pool swim, mountain bike on trails, and trail run. All LRF events fund our free fitness programs which teach life skills to children in low-opportunity communities.
The Hilbert Off Road Triathlon course consists of both a youth race for ages 12 & under as well as a junior/adult race for age 13+. Athletes under the age of 12 can get special permission to race the adult race by emailing michael@livered.org. Participants 12 years and younger will complete a 100m swim, .9 mile bike, and 1 mile run. Adult and junior (13+) participants will complete a 300m swim, 5.2 mile bike, and 2 mile run.
