Medal Madness 5K, & 10K at Knoxville, TN (13)

Get ready to hit the ground running at our exhilarating race event, kicking off at 8:30 AM sharp next to the Knoxville Parks & Recreation building. Remember to swing by early for packet pickup, which opens at 7:00 AM and shuts down 10 minutes before the race—don't be late!

Choose your challenge: two laps for the 5K or double that for the 10K, each lap stretching for a thrilling 0.78M out-and-back course. You've got a 2-hour limit to smash your personal best, and don't forget to dress to impress for the Best Costume award! Finishers are rewarded handsomely with medals, while serious competitors can accrue series points, and don't miss out on snagging some cool gear from our shop.
