P.A.C.E. Races for Youth Athletic Scholarships

Get ready to lace up your running shoes for a heart-pumping adventure through Warren County's picturesque landscapes at the 3rd Annual P.A.C.E. Marathon and Half Marathon in 2026! P.A.C.E., which stands for Parks and Community Events, aims to bring participants up close with the charm of Smiths Grove and Oakland—gems of Warren County, KY. Expect a scenic rural route that promises to dazzle, plus all racers will snag a stylish shirt, and those crossing the finish line will cherish a unique medal celebrating these communities.

Packet pick-up kicks off on May 8th, with race day set for an energizing start at 7:00 am from Ed Spear Park. The mostly paved course with its moderate hills, the occasional gravel patch, and the thrilling possibility of train crossings, awaits your triumphant strides. A past runner raved, "For a small-town feel without big-city chaos, this is your race!" Proceeds support the Friends of Warren County Parks and Recreation in giving kids the priceless opportunity to indulge in sports.
