Introducing Ragnar Suncoast: a brand new Ragnar format that swaps all-night running for all-day adventure. Eight teammates. Two days. One unforgettable weekend.
You’ll run along Florida’s stunning Gulf Coast, from palm-lined paths to oceanfront parks, with both loops starting and finishing at the Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key. By nightfall, you’ll trade your running shoes for flip-flops and unwind beachside with your crew.
It’s everything you love about Ragnar — the teamwork, the challenge, the story-filled miles — reimagined for the runner who loves the run hard, relax harder lifestyle.

Your journey winds through Pinellas Trail, Fort De Soto Park & Beach, St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Belleair Beach, Safety Harbor, and the iconic Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. Expect palm trees, beach towns, ocean breezes, and pure Florida vibes.

Your party central. Between runs, kick back at the pool, grab a bite at Rusty’s Bistro or Mainstay Tavern, or walk right onto the beach. You’ll have everything you need, from ocean views to ice-cold drinks.

Start Times
Start times will be assigned September 29 to all teams with at least 3/4 of runners with 10k road paces saved to their profile.
Volunteer Requirement
All Standard Relay teams have a one (1) volunteer requirement per team. Each standard team must fill one (1) 3-hour volunteer shift or Teams may also opt to pay $120 for Ragnar to recruit a volunteer through a local non-profit. Runners can complete a shift between or before their loops. The person who signs up does not have to be the one who works the shift, as long as someone from the team covers it. Volunteer sign up will be available Sept 25.
Age Restrictions
Runners must be at least 12 years old. Participants under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver, and teams with minors must have at least one adult (25+) at the race. That adult may camp with the team for free and can pace minor runners.

Cupless Event
