How to get there

2835 Brush Creek Rd, Snowmass Village, CO 81615, USA
Get full directions
By Car
Snowmass Village is a 20-minute drive from Aspen and a 2.5-hour drive from Grand Junction. From the I-70, exit at Glenwood Springs (Exit 116) and turn onto CO-82 south. From there, it's a 35 mile drive to Brush Creek Road, which you can follow straight to Snowmass Village.
Arrival Process & Check-In
Upon arrival, all vehicles must head to the Ragnar Gear Drop off of Brush Creek Road (2835 Brush Creek Road, Snowmass Village). This will be divided into two lanes depending on where you are camping - Softball Gear Drop and Soccer Field Gear Drop - so make sure you know where you are camping. After dropping your gear, you will be directed towards parking.
Parking is free, and is located at Brush Creek & HWY 82 Parking Lot (Co Road 10, Aspen). A shuttle service will operate between the Brush Creek & HWY 82 and the event venue.
Participants are encouraged to carpool to make the gear drop and arrival process as efficient as possible. No parking is allowed out with the designated parking areas.
Important Reminder: Participant entry is not permitted before 3:30 PM on Thursday. If you arrive early, you will wait in the gear drop queue until the venue officially opens.
When you arrive at the venue, one person from the team will check the team in at HQ.
DEPARTURE PROCESS
After an epic weekend of dirt, sweat, and glory, it’s time to head home like the trail legends you are. For a smooth exit, follow these steps:
Clean Up Your Campsite
Leave no trace (except good memories). Use the trash and recycling bags from check-in and toss waste in the right bins—help us help Mother Nature and our clean-up crew.
Pack Up & Head to Gear Drop
Bring all your gear to the Gear Drop before grabbing your car.
Load Up at Gear Drop
Once you’ve got your car, swing back to Gear Drop and load up. But don’t roll in early—no parking, no lingering, no camping out in the driver’s seat. Think airport drop-off... but with more mud.
