Route information
Ragnar Trail Florida is back on December 4-5, 2026 and we have new loops on more equestrain style trails!
This is the last race of the Ragnar season and you won’t want to miss it!
The venue is located just 30-ish miles southeast of Tampa in Alafia River State Park. Teams of 8 (or 4) will set out to conquer three incredibly unique trails. You’ll run past palm trees, giant ferns and through mystical shaded pine forests. Get ready to giddy up as you traverse over stunning equestrian tracks and be tested by stretches of Floridian sand.
When you're not out there crushing miles for your team, you'll kick it at camp under billions of stars at the Ragnar Village. Rest your legs next to the campfire, roast some s’mores, and swap stories with other runners. Come early for a bonus day of camping, campfires, and fun!
Being in December, runners have adopted an unofficial holiday theme at this race. You’ll see plenty of decorated trees, maybe a grinch or two, and a few Santas running the trail with you, making this the most festive trail race in the series. ’Tis the season to Ragnar!
