Run for the Roses 5K

Join us for a heartwarming run at the 45th Annual Run for the Roses 5K, a cherished tradition in the Triangle, supporting both veterans and our furry friends! Every female finisher will be celebrated with a red rose, and the event promises an exhilarating day with family activities, including face painting and balloon animals. Your participation benefits the incredible work of Four Paws NC and Team Red, White & Blue NC.

Sign up early for just $40 by February 1 to guarantee a race shirt, or join the fun for $45 up until race day. Under 18? Lace up your running shoes for a special rate of $20! Reward your efforts with awards across various age groups and team competitions, or choose the "no shirt" option to donate the full fee to our charities.
