Get ready to lace up for The Big Run, a nationwide 5K event that's all about bringing communities together in a celebration of running! We're merging Big Run Madison/Research Park with Heel & Crank, making this event a massive, joy-filled gathering where you can stride alongside triathletes and fellow runners alike.
Kick-off is at the fresh hour of 8:00 a.m. at Adtran, and be sure to scoop up your packet at Fleet Feet Madison the day before. Heads up, there's no race day signup, so grab your spot ahead of time!
As well as smashing your latest 5K, you can indulge in pancakes and snow cones, get your hands on some seriously enviable medals, and even support a great cause with Girls on the Run. This isn't just a run; it's a full-on bash to celebrate the sport we adore. Let's come together, support some amazing partners, and make this Global Running Day one for the books!
